A focused, presentation-only rebuild of the heads-up display.

• The HUD moved from flat bars to glowing rings: a combined hull-and-shield status dial, a cargo ring, and stacked powerup rings.
• Clear at-a-glance tells for full health, critical health, cargo at capacity, and banked (stacked) powerups.

No balance numbers changed here. This one is pure readability.
